To use the form, you need to log-in to your Lazada account. (Sign up here if you don’t have an account; If you used guest check out, please sign up using the email address you used at the time the order was placed.)
Your order status will be updated to “Canceled” within 60 minutes. Please wait for the system to refresh or wait for an email notification confirming your cancellation request.
