2. Click the Help button and type in your question on the space provided.
3. Check the results if your question has already been answered in our FAQ.
4. If the answer to your question is not available, click Live chat and start chatting with an agent.
The Chat Support will be available from Mondays to Saturdays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM. The service is not available on Sundays and holidays, but you can leave your message and we’ll get back to you once our team has resumed operations.
